SAMOT makes every effort when the objective is quality. Its manage-ment system has received ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certification. The company is also prepared to meet each client’s specific requirements regarding quality and documentation. The Vision project, which gathers tools like 5S, setup and process flow maps, guarantees high productivity and flexibility.

Quality Management, which works in strategic partnership with Engineering, encompasses Quality Assurance and Control, Metrology, Physi-cal Metallographic Laboratory and Final Control areas. Quality Control works directly with the client so the product achieves the desired result.

Sevier production control in all factories by using tools like Statistical Process Control, Poka-Yoke, FMEA, 8D, measuring instrument calibration, as well as partnerships with the best suppliers, allow SAMOT to offer its market world class quality standards.
